[Method of use] | 1) exhaust dyeing: Use quantity:0.2-5%(o.w.f) Optimum use quantity:0.5-1.5%(o.w.f) PH value: 5.5-6.0(adjustable with citric acid or acetic acid) The bath ratio is 1:10-1:20 dyeing temperature is 80-100℃ he dyeing time is 30-40min. 2) pad-dyeing hot melt method: Use quantity: 1.5-10g/l Process flow: two dip dyeing and two pad dyeing( or one dip dyeing and one pad dyeing), mangle expression 60-70%→pre-dyeing(100℃)→curing and setting(160-170℃,40-60s) 3) low temperature absorption and high temperature color development method: Use quantity: 0.5-1.2%(o.w.f) PH value:5.5-6.0 (adjusted with citric acid or acetic acid) The bath ratio is 1:10-1:20, the dyeing temperature is 50-60℃ the dyeing time is 20-30min. Process flow: add NFW liquid and sodium hydrosulfite(o.w.f) and fabric into the dye bath at normal temperature and adjust PH value to be 6.0 →increase temperature to 50℃,dye for 20-30 min→washing→dehydration and pre-dyeing (100℃)→setting and baking(180-190℃,30-40s) |
