[Characteristics]

It is one of the diphenyl-ethylene compounds and similar to the Blankphor Er 330 (Bayer) , Ultraphor RN (BASF).It is high efficient and extra white fluorescent whitening agent.

[Application]

mainly used for whitening and brightening of blending fabrics such as polyester and polyester cotton, polyester silk, polyester yarn, polyester ramie and polyester wool etc. It can also apply to whitening of chemical fiber, plastic and artificial leather.

[Method of use]

Pad Dyeing Process: Uvitex ER199:1  1.5-3g/l,

Process flow: Two Dip dyeing And Two Pad dyeing(mangle expression 70%)---100℃---Pre-Dyeing---180-190℃---Curing For 40-30s For Setting

High Temperature And High Pressure Dip-Dyeing: Uvitex ER199:1  0.15-0.45(o.w.f.), Bath Ratio: 1:10~20, Ph 4.5-5.5, Keeping Dyeing Temperature At 120-130℃ For 30-60 Min.

Low Temperature Absorbing & Fixing Dip-Dyeing: Uvitex ER199:1  0.3-0.7(o.w.f.), Bath Ratio 1:10~20, Ph 4.5-5.5, Keeping Dyeing Temperature At 50-60℃ For 20-30 Min-washing-dehydration and pre-dyeing (100℃)-setting and baking(180-190℃,40-30s)
